Professional Abatement and Remediation Technologies, LLC (PART) was founded in June 2001 to provide professional contracting services in the areas of:

- Mold & Biological (Microbial) Remediation
- Asbestos & Lead-Containing Material Abatement
PART's goal is to provide our clients with cutting edge, scientific approaches to a wide range of Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) services. We strive to build long-term PARTnerships with our clients by providing the highest quality IAQ services available only when these services are necessary. Our highly trained and certified team of remediation experts is committed to providing the highest standards of excellence in our industry. Based in St. Louis, PART provides IAQ specialty cleaning services to commercial and industrial clients throughout the Midwest and has conducted numerous large projects in the Eastern United States. Our company has been privileged to develop PARTnerships with a broad spectrum of industries including Healthcare, Research, Educational, Pharmaceutical, Food Manufacturing, Telecommunications, Retail, Insurance, and Property Management. We work with demanding building owners, facility and property managers and safety and risk managers who are committed to providing safe, productive and comfortable environments for their employees, building occupants and tenants.
Our company’s success can be attributed to the level of quality and excellence of our leaders. PART’s owners are professional engineers with experience in all phases of environmental consulting and contracting services. PART’s management team and project supervisors are certified members of the National Air Duct Cleaners Association (NADCA). NADCA certification is recognized around the world as the benchmark for trained and qualified professionals. Through NADCA certification, NADCA members demonstrate their knowledge and proficiency in conducting HVAC assessments, cleaning and restoration services. NADCA requires that all member companies have at least one certified Air Systems Cleaning Specialist (ASCS) on staff to ensure that all cleaning is performed in accordance with NADCA Standards and Guidelines. Through ASCS certification, contractors demonstrate requisite knowledge of HVAC system cleaning, NADCA standards, OSHA regulations and more. Certified ASCS members are also required to obtain continuing education credits to maintain their accreditation. Therefore, our company stays on the cutting edge of industry standards.
